Getting paid is easy! You have two options to receive your Cash-Back:

1. PayPal.com: Get paid with a $10 minimum.
2. Amazon.com eGift Card: Get paid with a $25 minimum.

When will you get paid?

We’ll send your payment once your cash-back clears the minimum payment threshold. Usually, it takes 30-45 days for cash-back to clear, but in most cases, you’ll receive your payment less than a week after your purchase or travel is complete. If you haven’t received your payment within 45 days, don’t worry! Just submit a [Report an issue] Form, and we’ll work with the merchant to resolve the issue.
 
Payments are sent on the 1st of each month for the amount approved by the 15th of the previous month.
 
Only coupons and promo codes on our site will earn you cash back.

Are there any orders that won’t earn cashback?

Some stores have their own policies on what products or categories won’t earn cash-back. Shipping charges, sales taxes, and gift card purchases may not earn cash back. Additionally, specific products, brands, or categories may also be excluded.

Need to know where your cashback is?

For most stores, it can take up to 1-3 days to see your cash-back in the list of Pending Orders. If you don’t see it or have any issues, submit an [Report an issue], and we’ll investigate it.

Now, let’s talk about how to shop on DueBack and earn some cash back.

It’s pretty simple. Just click the link to your desired store and make your purchase with that same click. When you go through DueBack, a unique code will be activated in the store’s shopping cart to ensure you get your rebate.
 
One thing to remember is that each order from a participating store needs its click-through from DueBack. So, if you’re making multiple orders, click through for each.
 
Just a heads up, you won’t see the rebates in the store’s shopping cart. They’ll be credited to your DueBack account a few days later.

What if you forget to click through to a store from DueBack?

Well, that’s the whole point of DueBack – getting you rebates. But for now, if you place an order outside of DueBack, you won’t qualify for the cash-back rebate. So, if the rebate is important to you, the only other option is to cancel your original order and re-order through a DueBack link. It’s up to you to decide what to do.

Are orders placed by phone or in-store eligible for cash back?

Nope, only orders placed online through a DueBack store link qualify. However, online or in-store links to coupons and deals exist, so always check the retailers’ instructions.

What if you need to exchange a product or change an order?

Well, be careful. Contacting the store to make changes might negate the rebate. Some stores will cancel the original order and generate a new one without a rebate. Our advice? If the rebate matters to you, cancel the original order and re-order through DueBack.

What’s the difference between “Pending Cash-Back” and “Available Cash-Back”?

When you purchase from one of our partner stores, the rebate is initially posted as “Pending Cash- Back” in your account. This status can last up to 90 days to account for a store’s return policies and order cancellations. It also gives us enough time to collect commissions from the stores.
 
Once the Pending Cash-Back rebates become available, you can request a payment via PayPal or Gift card. Ensure you have a minimum of $10 in available cash-back rebates to request a payment and a minimum of $25 for a Gift card.

Do gift card purchases qualify for cashback?

Most stores at DueBack do not offer cashback for gift card purchases. However, there are some exceptions, like gift card-only stores. Additionally, if you purchase using a gift card or gift certificate redemption as the payment method, you won’t be eligible for cash-back rebates.

What happens if I lose my account?

If you lose your account, your points and badges will expire. However, please note that points and badges do not have any cash value.

Why should I sign up for newsletters or alerts?

By signing up for our newsletters or alerts, you’ll be the first to know about great deals and exclusive offers on DueBack. We’ll also update you on coupons and sales at your favorite stores. You have control over the frequency of the emails, so you’ll never miss out on a great offer.

Where’s my rebate? I’m still waiting!

We understand your frustration, but there are a few reasons why you might not have received your rebate yet:
 
1. Give it some time: Rebates usually show up as “pending” within 1-3 days after your purchase is shipped or your travel is completed. However, some merchants take longer to report to us, so your rebate might take longer to show up.
 
2. Make sure you’re using our site or app: To receive credit for your purchases, you must access the store through our links or app while logged in as a member. If you don’t use our platform correctly, the stores won’t pay us, and unfortunately, you won’t receive any rebate.

How do I report an issue?

If you don’t receive cash back from a merchant for an order placed through DueBack, you can [Report an Issue] on this page. We’ll validate the purchase information and open a claim with the merchant on your behalf, following the terms and conditions of DueBack.

Why do I need to report the issue for a missing cash-back rebate?

We fund your cash-back through commissions on your purchases. We won’t receive a commission if a rebate doesn’t post automatically. We need the merchant to verify that they will compensate DueBack before we can manually add a rebate to your account.

How long will it take for my issue to be resolved?

Issues with a rebate usually take 1-4 weeks. We strive to resolve them quickly, but we must wait for the merchant to respond to our queries, which can take time. Please be patient; we’ll contact you as soon as we hear back from the merchant.

What happens if the merchant denies my rebate?

Unfortunately, if the merchant denies your rebate, you won’t receive cash-back for your purchase.

Got a coupon that’s not from DueBack?

It might void your cash-back or mess up the tracking. We recommend using coupons from DueBack for a hassle-free experience without losing out on money back.
 
But what about coupons on the merchant’s website? Those should be fine and won’t affect your cash back.
 
Oh, and those coupons the merchant sends you directly. They usually don’t qualify for cash back, but check out our coupons for the same merchant. We might have an even better deal that gets you cash-back and savings.
 
If you’re having trouble with a DueBack coupon, let us know. We’ll check it out for you and see if it’s expired or if any restrictions are causing issues.

Last but not least, when you’re checking out of an online store from DueBack, you don’t need to do anything special. If you click on a link through our website and you’re logged in, there’s no need to email us confirmation or anything. We’ll receive confirmation from the merchant.
